Our mission is to provide useful gratifications to Phones and Wireless Devices throughout the world.
We subsidize our business model with paid advertising on the instantG website.
Free gratifications allow us to reach both the wealthy and the 86% of the non-wealthy in the world.
We continue to investigate and prototype ideas for innovative gratifications.

User is defined as any person or company accessing or using
instantG website,
or accessing or using gratifications provided by instantG.
User assumes entire risk related to the use of any data or messages on instantG
or the use of any data or messages provided by or sent from instantG.
Data or messages are provided "as is" and instantG disclaims any and all
warranties, whether expressed or implied, including (without limitation)
any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event will instantG be liable to you or to any third party
for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special,
or exemplary damages or lost profit resulting from any use or misuse
of any data or messages on instantG or any data or messages provided by instantG.
Before using any data obtained from instantG, User must pay special attention to the
date and time of the data being displayed.
User is responsible for specifying and maintaining the correct Time Zone in their Profile on instantG.
instantG will strive to translate from the
Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
date and time to the local date and time in User's specified Time Zone, but
User agrees that there are local anomalies to time zones such that instantG may not be able to
correctly translate the date and time for all geographic locations in the world - if this occurs
then User agrees to specify and maintain an alternate Time Zone that best aligns to
the date and time in their geographic location in the world.
Service Providers (ie., cellular, mobile, or wireless companies or networks)
are listed on instantG only for User's convenience.
Service Providers are not affiliated with instantG.
Gratifications on instantG are free.
A User may incur additional SMS or text-messaging fees or charges (from their Service Provider or other)
for messages sent from instantG. User agrees that they are responsible for any
fees or charges from their Service Provider or other individual or organization.
Mobile/cellular phones and other wireless devices use radio transmissions,
and therefore successful receipt of a message from instantG to User's
phone or device may be impacted on occasion.
A message may be delayed, corrupted, or not received on User's phone or device.
Factors include User's phone or device, network capacity on the Internet or User's Service Provider,
receipt and processing of the message by User's Service Provider,
terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, weather, and so on.
instantG strives to provide reliable gratifications, but User acknowledges that
instantG may be unavailable on occasion and that data or messages may not
be available to User or received by User as expected.
instantG reserves the right to revoke a User's access at any time.
User activities such as fraudulent use, excessive use, attempting to hack into
instantG, etc. will not be tolerated, and will result in termination of a
User's access and permanent blocking (on instantG) of the associated Phone(s) or Wireless Device(s) for User.
User agrees that instantG will capture and retain User's IP address and
domain name each time the User signs in to instantG, and each time User reads these Legal Disclaimers
and Privacy Policy.
This data is primarily logged to mitigate fraudulent or abusive activity
of instantG or its gratifications.
User must not operate a motor vehicle, aircraft, boat, machinery, and so on while attempting to
use instantG or read a message from instantG.
Aviation Weather data is provided by the
Aviation Weather Center
(AWC) of NOAA's National Weather Service or other international sources.
Data provided by the AWC is not subject to copyright protection.
Timely delivery of aviation-weather data from the AWC is not guaranteed by the AWC,
and therefore timely delivery of aviation-weather data is not guaranteed by instantG.
Notice to pilots, airmen, aircrew, and anyone else referencing or using the Aviation Weather
data on instantG:
- All Aviation Weather data or messages are presented in GMT (or Zulu) date and time
using a 24-hour clock.
The "Z" character will appear after the date or time. For example, 15:30Z represents 15:30 GMT or 3:30pm GMT.
- Aviation Weather data or messages from instantG may be delayed (see the Disclaimer above regarding the AWC),
are NOT valid for flight,
and do NOT constitute a valid or comprehensive weather briefing.
Please call (800)WX-BRIEF for a valid weather briefing or other pre-flight planning in the United States.
- instantG is not certified by the
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
as a Qualified Internet Communications Provider (QICP).
- For any flights in the United States, please review FAA FAR 91.103 (Preflight Action)
or FAA FAR 135.213 (Weather Reports and Forecasts).
Please obtain a valid weather briefing, keep yourself out of trouble with the FAA,
have a safe and enjoyable flight,
and don't become a statistic on the
NTSB's Aviation Accidents website.
User may voluntarily cancel their account on instantG.
User agrees that their selected, unique User Name on instantG may be assigned to another User
should they cancel their account on instantG.
User agrees that instantG will retain their Profile, messages, etc.
until instantG deems that there is no risk of fraudulent activity
from the account, IP addresses, and so on.
A User's account on instantG will be inactivated after three (3) months of no activity.
User agrees that their selected, unique User Name on instantG may be assigned to another User
should their account be inactivated or revoked on instantG.
Privacy Policy

instantG will not voluntarily sell, share, or distribute any information that a User has provided to us.
instantG will not send unsolicited SMS/text messages to a User's wireless device(s) - instantG
will only send confirmation messages, or messages related to events requested by a User to the User's wireless device(s).
If User provided a primary email address, instantG may periodically send a message to User's primary email address regarding
planned system outages, new functionality or features on instantG, etc.
In summary, we respect the privacy of our Users.
instantG will never ask for any financial information (e.g. credit card or debit card numbers) from you.
Do NOT respond to any email messages that claim to be from instantG and are asking for your
financial or personal information.
instantG is free and keeps a minimal amount of information on a User.
User agrees that instantG will capture and retain User's IP address and
domain name each time the User signs in to instantG, and each time User reads these Legal Disclaimers
and Privacy Policy.
